Friendly, knowledgeable staff and great products. A veritable Mecca for raw feeding - a huge variety of meats. All frozen and cut into handy cubes which makes defrosting a breeze.

I shopped here for the first time on a Saturday (2.4.16) I was surprised to find the shop had literally no smell to it, the place was cleaner than most human food facilities which is absolutely great! The staff member was welcoming and helpful but let you get on with finding what you needed and didn't stare or hover. It was basically my dream shopping trip. The products are all high quality and double bagged which helps to avoid any possible leaks. A lot of the products are free flowing so it makes feeding your pup that extra bit easier too. If you feed raw and live in auckland you need to pop into this place its a raw or barf feeders candy store. If you need a particular food item I think it is worth calling in to make sure they have it as a few items are seasonal, something to remember. Thanks guys! P.S My pup LOVES the rabbit and chicken mince, a new favourite.

I buy Woofles frozen petfood from Complete Canine Care in Onehunga, for our cat who is eats a raw diet. the quality of the meat is Very high, rich and not fatty at all!! Our cat loves it and wont eat any other brand now! it is packaged well (double plastic bag) and is easy to defrost each single block at a time. highly recommend! economical too!

Excellent service when choosing what to feed your pet. No pressure. A range of choices of product.

Good place to buy raw food for the fur bsbies.value for money..but if u live in the city its worth giving thrm a call just to check if they have what you want especially if you are going to buy in bulk.
