T.Came into Briscoes Queenstown just before Christmas frantically looking for beer glasses for our restaurant. Happened upon Luke who was working in the glasses area. Rather than refer me to a sales consultant he checked the entire stock in NZ and located enough glasses and had them to me before Christmas. We are at Kinloch lodge 74 km from Queenstown, so Luke - you worked miracles. THANK YOU! We have purchased a lot from Briscoes and find their online ordering and the layout of the stores excellent. Thanks for coming to Queenstown
