A.Absolutely epic experience with these legends at EB Games Queenstown! I'd like to thank Jordan, Jess, Amber, and specially Dave for doing a great job for helping me acquire my Playstation 5! I did a PS5 pre-order from Dave because he was very convincing and man he knows a lot about it which is really a super plus. Then after long days of waiting he left a message to say that it's on its way. After few days, Jes called and left a message to say that the item finally arrived which was so exciting! When I picked it up, Amber and Jordan were at the counter and patienly assisting me with my new console and other stuff that I needed with it. I love the team work! Perfect stars for these guys!!! Super mega ultra thank you! 5/5 for Friendly Customer Service and for the team work!
I'm giving them 4 stars in this review because they can't do price-matching with JB Hi-fi. Not sure why but maybe they could do something about this. Example: Ghost of Tsushima costs 139 at EB Games and JB Hi-Fi sells it for 119. Another reason is they pay for your games really cheap when you do a trade so might as well just sell them at Facebook Marketplace when you need to.
M.Pretty nice EB Games! Lots of currently trending things and cool to see one here in New Zealand as I guess it is a Canadian company. Great views haha!

Our new Puppy had bitten the power cord for a Xbox, so we thought we were stuffed.
We called the store and got hold of Jess who located us a replacement in store and we picked up 1 hour later.

T.Every time I walk in a friendly welcome is always given, help is happily provided and even a friendly chat about games or other stuff is always up for offer. Jess is always up for a chat and quick to jump in if you need help.
