L.Great variety and range in stock. Makes it very convenient. Shame there's no more Airpoints or nothing to replace that scheme though, especially when spending on large ticket items.
L.Best Christmas shopping we have done so far. Patrick and this Manager we really good. They provided us a superb customer service which we have never experienced in any other place. Will definitely go back when ever we need to buy electronic devices as they provide really good deal. Love the black Friday deals they had. Harvey Norman Team keep up the good work.

G.Always have a mixed experience here. Prices are sometimes cheaper then other place but then sometimes more expensive, customer service is sometimes good but then also sometimes bad. It's never consistent.

He did a lot of research, couldn't find in their store the product that I needed but he than gave me exact details of how I could buy the product online. No money or commissions for himself to benefit from but instead he was happy to really help out. Fantastic customer service, well done and thanks Ben.
