This review is for the coffee shop on the way into Kmart. I got an ice latte here today and it is absolutely wonderful. It is strong and the cafe seating is secluded from Kmart. Their macarons are also wonderful!! Would defiantly come here again.

Had the sizes i was looking for! Kmart is an awesome store to come which has almost everything you need at great prices. This store was clean fresh and very roomy. Plenty of parking outside. The view and backdrop is amazing and breathtaking.

We live in Christchurch and the two Kmart stores here are always empty with no stock! Were so surprised to visit Queenstown and see the stock was full and plenty of choice with everything! The lady we spoke to was lovely also! Worth a visit if you can't find what you are looking for at any other Kmarts. Obviously well managed! Good job guys!

I had bought an item from another kmart store that I was having issues with. The young man at the Queenstown store was so helpful and friendly. My problem was easily resolved. It's a blessing to deal with people in customer service that genuinely care about their customers. Some of my experiences in other businesses have been a bit rough lately. Staff at Kmart Queenstown are lovely thankyou.

A great experience. We both enjoyed looking around this new store. Can see it will be a go to place for us. When we got to checkout the lady assistant gave me a hand as a had my hands full. The store tidy and bright and had great stock. We were tempted in a number of areas.

Loads of easy close parking. Shop is bright and spacious. Unfortunately a lot of stock is lying on the floor where people don't put things back properly. The payment area is self serve and depending on time, the queues can be a sight for sore eyes if you're in a rush to get through and out.

Kmart is huge in this location and appears to have been updated pretty recently. Cons - need transport to get to the location. - the change rooms were each filled with a huge number of clothing pieces with no one manning the change rooms. - the self serve tills would not recognise items. both us and next to us had to push on the receiving plate for the system to move to the next item. There were no assistants in this area. - Kids were running amok. Running into patrons and racks. Not kmarts fault but it would have been nice to have seen staff/security. - limited 'normal' sizes. great if you are 6 to 10 or 18+, but you won't find jeans in sizes 12 to 16 anywhere. Pros - Normal regular pricing despite being in an area that most stores add on a 'tourist surcharge'. - Heaps of summer/light clothing available. Ha.

It's one of their latest stores to open. Very bright, clean, modern and merchandised well. Nice and cool on a very hot day. Great prices and helpful team members there to help at the self serve units. A real competator to the Warehouse and offers an alternative to them. Pleasant shopping indeed.
