The Warehouse, where everyone gets a bargain, and they still stand by that. Best prices, large selection. May not be the best quality shoes or clothes but everyday items like creams etc are cheaper than even Pak N Save. Good for New Zealanders and tourists. Plenty of parking and trolleys.

Customer service was average. Some of the staff were helpful and polite while the ones at the front desk weren’t so friendly. The warehouse okey for office supplies

I experienced fantastic customer service today particularly from Brylee (hope I'm spelling her name right). I was looking for a very specific Lego product and Brylee helped me to locate it. Professional service with a smile and I am very satisfied with my purchases. Also, the free wifi in store is great for people like me who can't afford data (or would rather spend it on Lego). Thanks team!

Variety of stuffs are available at reasonable price, most staffs are approachable and helpful, easy self checkout, big and spacious store.

Seems like a lot of different things are sold here. It feels like a better quality Wal-Mart from North America!

The place to shop when in NZ. Prices so Low it’s unbelievable. Opening hours so long it puts the other shops to shame. They deserve to do well. Needless to say, I loaded up in this store.

There’s a girl working in customer service, her name was suki if i’m not wrong, she assisted me pretty well and was helpful thoughtout. Managed my complaint accurately along with her manager. She was open to listen to my feedback even though it was harsh. very positive 👍🏻

Great Staff very accommodating if they can't help they get someone who can and always have someone to take the heavier weight items to the 🚗 car or happy to take it all for you if needed. Great range of products at a reasonable price. Check out the Warehouse before you go to the supermarket and they have very good clean public 🚻 toilets 🚽

Best place to purchase household goods, clothes, furnishing, electronics all you need at very affordable prices. If you want to get the best deal then do check the clearance racks and also search for the 50%off on yellow sticker stalls. You just need to be a very good picker to grab the best out of the all stuff

Got almost everything you need as always. The staff aren't exactly what you would call lively though, or friendly, or helpful. Kind of seems like they just get taken out of their boxes each morning and they don't really know anything than what their exact job role is. Frustrating to deal with any of them to be honest, feel like I need to read a book afterwards to stimulate my mind again.

For all of the Australians out there, this is like a really awesome BigW or Target. The prices are remarkably cheat, they have also gone into like a small Bunnings format. It's kind of a one stop shop for everything clothing, homewares gardening and outdoors. Not bloody bad Warehouse. I would recommend this place to any person out and about in NZ

Good prices on lots of things you might need. We were able to find blankets for a reasonable price when the weather turned colder than anticipated on our trip.

I had to place an order from the UK for items to be delivered to my son in Queenstown... I was very happy with my shopping experience and my son loves what I chose for him, I will definitely be using this store again...

The warehouse. Where everyone gets a bargain. Absolutely fantastic experience. Visited multiple times and the staff were usually quite friendly. Only one subpar experience but it won't deter me from a 5 star rating. Open till midnight which is absolutely POGGERS.

Always well stocked with a great selection of goods, The staff are always helpful and courteous and a huge bonus is they are open to midnight so us late workers can shop as well. Thanks Guys :)

Anything you want, you will find here! Spent half a day going to every shop in Queenstown looking for a snorkel. The cheapest one was $60. Came here and found one in seconds for $25!

If you're heading out of (or into queenstown) and need to pick up some basics, the Warehouse should have you sorted. We went in to pick up an auxiliary cable for our car, we just grabbed the generic brand and it's proved to be very faulty. Maybe stick to premium brands if you're popping in to buy tech.
