I love dealing with these people - they are so helpful and friendly. I used to have 2 labs so we went through a lot of products and now I have a much smaller dog I am spending less but the service remains excellent. Deliveries are pretty quick too.

My second order from Pet.Co.NZ Firstly, it's really awesome how fast they can deliver. Unlike another supplier I had to wait 10 days and fill in with dog food from the supermarket. Secondly a good website where you have tick box options on the left to reduce the search results. A+ for that.

This is the best online shop I use! Fast delivery, fab prices, but most of all the customer service is the best! Every time I live chat with the tīma they are always kind and helpful and always find a fast solution if there is an issue (Hardly every is though). I won't shop anywhere else for my pets needs and I always tell people how good this place is! Also, Kai pai for using te reo when I do, makes me smile every time. Ngā mihi ano!

They always package things in a way that is easy for the couriers to deliver, and makes sure nothing breaks or spills. The boxes are adorable and I always get everything I ordered. The prices are amazing and the products are awesome and they have a lot of variety. Love it.

Have been buying from this website for a while now and can't fault them for anything. Always a good selection (way more than my local pet shops) and very competitive prices. Shipping is super quick! My last order was late in the day during L4 lockdown, my order was picked and shipped same day and arrived the next morning!! How great is that? I have not had to return goods or deal with refunds but I suspect they would be quick to sort any issues. Will definitely keep shopping here.

Great company. I ordered cat food during Level 4 lockdown, on a Saturday, and it was delivered the following day, left at my door and the door bell run to let me know. Fantastic service. And, it was in a large paper bag, so great that there was no plastic. Wonderful service.

Great company to get all your pet needs. I ordered dog biscuits in l4 lockdown on a Friday and it was picked up by courier by that afternoon and we received them on the Monday. Very efficient and they always have good specials. Cheaper to buy from them than other pet stores I find, or maybe I just look at the right time. In any case I do like buying from pet.co.nz.

I can't recommend Pet.co enough. I just auto'd everything and my dog's shopping list is bang on every single time. Delivery is usually within 24hrs, although with Covid I'd have expected longer wait times. Easy to change online, and their attention to detail is 110% ..
