F. T.Once my dog was in Animates Rotorua and he got all excited and peed on the floor. The staff were like 'no big woop' and mopped up the puddle. I wasn't there but my wife and daughter both relayed more or less that story so I'm pretty confident that it actually happened.

C. M.Took a little time but the staff now recognise us and our dog, he always gets a warm greeting at the till and (usually) a few treats. He's always so excited to visit, stocks everything we need, and the dog grooming self service is ace! Beats a bathtub and shower any day!
P. M.This is a well stocked pet store (which is what you would expect from an Animates store) with everything you could need for your pet.
I use the dog shower on a semi regular basis... well not for myself but my for legged companion :)

She is very patient and knowledgeable with 3 excited young customers asking hundreds of questions, great job from her and they will be back for sure

A.Absolutely love this store for their selection of food for our cat and dog and the affordable bathing service. My dog doesn't overly enjoy the experience but it saves me the time to cart hot water to his bath and buying shampoo.

I. U.Really helpful and fantastic staff, and the washroom is a game changer when you have dogs. The only thing letting it down is what is sometimes double the price of what you would pay for the same product at the local veterinary clinic five minutes away.
A.Friendly staff, good range of products. They are kittens from the SPCA and their fish tanks are looked after well. They sell rabbits, guinea pigs, rats, mice, turtles, and birds here too.

L. R.It's ok for cats and dogs. I went in for fish aquarium supplies, they have plenty, but not the land scaping I am wanting to do. Can't fault them, they supply more for who there customers are
X.Everything you need for your pets. Dogs cats fish turtles birds rabbits. Your dog's are welcome to come inside for a visit, you can weigh them for free, there is fresh water available for your dog and they also have a indoor wash room for dogs. Earn points with your animates account.
The kids will love coming for a visit.
