Couldn't find what I was looking for and was about to leave when my husband saw the item. Took us 5-10mins to find them as they weren't where we thought they would be, in electrical area. They were right on the inside of the door where nobody ever looks. Maybe in future have them in front of the door at this time of the year

Everytime I shop here the assistants are friendly and helpful. The shop is well laid-out and well stocked with a wide assortment of merchandise ... love it.

If you wait for what you want to be on special in the usual two or three week cycle you can get affordable goods here. They run 30% off the whole store every so often, but it's better to wait for the 40, 50, and even 60% deals to come around for some excellent savings on branded products. Throughput at the checkout at the Rotorua branch is fairly good, even when it is busy.

High quality merchandise. I only go when a sale is on. They have huge sale discounts for all household goods. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Good parking and easy wheelchair access. They have a wheel chair in store if needed.

Store was tidy but much of the stock the store has is held at their "off site facility" what they don't tell you is that is in Auckland and it takes a week to get the stock in. Not really offsite when its at the other end of the country.

Hot day and needed umbrellas for sports watching to shade the scorching sun. As I parked plenty of parking This store was well spaced out so you can manoeuvre a wheel chair easily.
