Love the customer service always shop here always have deal and special's on and if you dont like your game simply take it back and get a refund or swap the game everyones friendly and helpful and everything is easy to get it and strategically placed

Couldn't find the game I was looking for but overall good place to get some pre-owned games. The prices are cheap and got 2 games for the price of 1.

Always used the eb games in rotorua as I prefer a hard copy of a game rather than a digitaly downloaded game. They seem to be very shabby with how much there willing to offer you for trade in's but that's about it really.
