Super Stoked w that night before Christmas, on Christmas eve I could not only get a STACK of miniature male Italian fragrance for my Son , he told me, he scored some Vesace pants just along from the motel strip, Xmas was definitely a synergy for me . No small thanks to a variety i think it was on a limited edition deal. Talkin 'bout my bros , This Son in this town could also share it , with uno due bottles of due type of Versace for his island-girls- yeeet boi !!! i gots it gold gift wrapped up 🎁 . Chur chur

Worth a visit to browse. Always some great looking clothes and accessories for all the family with an array of products for the home and personal use (perfume, makeup, skincare etc ). For the budget conscious may seem pricey but the quality is definitely evident. Take a look as there are bargains if you have the leisure time to look around.

I wished I had longer here. Lots of amazing deals going on. Lovely staff.

My only issue is and the reason why I only gave 4 stars. (I can only buy some makeup products online only eg; Revolution makeup and Nyx they don't provide testers for their concealer and foundation products in the Rotorua store. Which will save money on buying the wrong shades.) Update: They have testers now. I'm grateful for that. My rating stays at 4 ⭐'s because the customer service still needs work.

Initially went to Michael Hill, never again, went to Farmers and the staff member I dealt with was fantastic, polite, not pushy, and knowledgeable. So thank you, very pleasant experience. Wifey will be very happy.

Nice place for everyone specialy branded things on good discounted rates as well love this place for quality of products on good rates. The makeup products i have used is from farmers and that lip colour too from maybelline. Loved them both 💋

I love this little place is ahead of wide range of clothes and other accessory items. I love the two floor layout and the fact that they also had a lift for those with prams or those with wheelchairs. However I still find that Farmers as a little bit expensive compared to the warehouse however finances better brands and they're closed last for a lot longer. So you still getting the quality of design and they are still worth it. I still recommend going to farmers over the warehouse any day.

The staff here are actually fairly rude. Ive been in here an excess of 10 times and have waited to give this review as i like to give a store a chance however i am yet to meet an employee from here who doesnt seem like they have something better to be doing. I understand that you are not expected to be smiley and bubbly every customer but at least a response to us saying hello would be nice. I avoid this farmers purely because of the staff, i opt for shopping online and picking up which is also always met with rudeness, the staff seem to act like this is a huge inconvenience for them every time to have to walk out back, even if i am the only one in line. Maybe some basic training in customer service is needed here? I know im not the only one to experience this with this store as well its kind of common knowledge among rotorua locals.

It would be nice to have extended hours mon fri always have to rush to shop after work which doesnt make it a pleasant experience. Ever thought of staggering staff to open at 8am to 7pm you might sell more. I'd definitley buy more.

I'm a regular at the beauty department and I just love the customer service from the lady with short black hair at the elizabeth Arden counter, the maori chick from the Revlon counter and the Asian lady at the estee Lauder counter.

It is a nice shop. But it was a hot day, it was hotter inside the store then it was outside. The A/C wasn't on/wasn't working, or they don't have it. It was too hot in there, after a few mins I left, just too hot.

Farmers is Farmers is Farmers. Prices are generally higher than competing stores. The place to go when it's the last place left looking for something specific. Clings to the haydays of department store shopping but will probably go the way of Smith and Caugheys once the older customers are otherwise occupied
