S.I would like to thank everyone involved in my carpet replacement job recently.
Having used this company before, I did not hesitate to return, and am more than satisfied with the results. A special thanks to the men who laid the carpet, as they really went ‘the extra mile’ for me, regarding moving furniture around. This can be a big upheaval for an older person, and was greatly appreciated. May you continue to do well.

K.Fantastic service from start to finish; Shannon who co ordinated the purchase and installation and went the extra mile taking the time to email helpful information. Steve who came out and took the measurements, Dan (the owner) who organised the quick installation and saw that we were able to buy the correct item in our budget and the guys; Luke and his lovely apprentice who installed the flooring, they have done a fantastic job the floor in the bathroom and toilet looks amazing! Would highly recommend the company and everyone who works for them.

M.Excellent company to deal with. We recommend this shop for their integrity, helpful advice, prompt service, expert tradesmen. We needed a small out of town bedroom carpeted in a A frame house. This was an extremely difficult task for the carpet layer, climbing up and down a ladder like staircase and having to tie the roll of carpet onto his back to get it up the staircase. Iain did it all without complaint and made an excellent job of fitting the carpet into difficult corners. Ian also laid some carpet tiles in another room and we are very impressed with that job too. The whole job took much longer than he expected, I think it was the most difficult carpet laying job Iain had ever experienced. We were expecting to have a few more hours added to our account, but were informed that the original quote would not be changed. Thank you Flooring Design

a.Waveney was particularly helpful. Not only did they have stock on hand that was suitable they were able to squeeze in a small job quickly which was most helpful as we are anxious to get a new tenant. The layer did a great job and everyone was very very helpful. Highly recommend them.

s.Absolutely fantastic service from our first meeting through to the laying of the carpet. We live out of town and the process was seamless thanks to Dan and his team.
S.We purchased a beautiful house in Rotorua a month pre-Covid-19 and we’re keen to re-carpet entire house.. Because we live in Auckland we were not familiar with the local suppliers.
Fortunately for us we came across Flooring Design and Dan and his team - Timeframe to do the job was of the essence for us and Dan was the man who put it all into motion... After a half hour meeting, he had helped us choose a great quality carpet from a vast range already in stock so no waiting for it to come from out of town,.arranged the date for laying - which was settlement day, as a truck load of furniture was arriving 2 days later,
He even arranged a builder handyman to shave the bottom of all the doors for a perfect fit.
On our next trip back to a Rotorua with the furniture it was all done & dusted, looked & felt like a million dollars, including the new garage carpet.
Like most busy people it’s always great to deal with companies who “Get what’s important to you as the customer” and then as a professional makes sure it happens..
We are very grateful to Dan & the team at Flooring Design and highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service and a quality job
