We’ve just had a new Masport Fire installed by Hanson and it’s been an absolutely top experience. We’d had an earlier quote from another provider, Hanson came in significantly cheaper and streamlined the whole consent process. We didn’t have to lift a finger. Perfect install process. I’m sitting in front of our new fire enjoying a beer right now! Highly recommend.

After a few other enquiries elsewhere not even getting back to us, it was reassuring dealing with Hanson. From going above and beyond helping us navigate council, to a complex installation. Despite our circumstances being less then straightforward, nothing was a problem. Recommended from us!

Would highly recommend this company. From the start, this company has been extremely helpful, with good communications. Through no fault of their own, there were problems installing the fire, but, they went above and beyond to overcome and help fix the issues. Once installed, the fire looked good and exceeded our expectations.

They removed my fire....so far so good, excellent people, know what they're doing. 19/6 Post installation of woodburner three weeks ago...fantastic service, nice boys did the job on the day, passed inspection without a hitch. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend, worth the wait if you have to.

The team @ Hanson heating & cooling have been absolutely fantastic. We have brought and got fire installed from the team. wow it has been such a nice easy experience and fast!
