We are blown away! Carpet looks stunning, and amazing to walk on, the house looks like a million dollars now. We recently used Harrisons Carpet Rotorua to install carpet in our home. This was the second time we'd used their service and I can highly recommend. Very helpful in deciding on the right products and colour choice. Communicate really well throughout and despite lockdown we still got our carpet installed on time! Amazing! Fantastic company to work with from start to finish! Quote process is great, Lawrence is lovely, followed up by Nicola’s amazing customer service and follow up, their communication and service is second to none, and then their sons amazingly professional, quick and tidy install! Having organized everything with our property manager, was advised one room had furniture stacked and that room was one of those to be carpeted! Harrison's liaised with me and despite the tenant breathing over the layer's shoulder, the layer managed to assist the tenant to remove the furniture to get the job done on the day. It's an absolute pleasure doing business with Lawrence and Nicola, very prompt to communicate, same day measure and quote and reasonable pricing. We do not have to wait that long to have our carpet replaced and installed, everything is on schedule and updates us efficiently the whole process.
