Portico Gallery Framed a very old document for us. They were wonderful to deal with and full of good examples of what was needed to make the document look great. They kept in contact with me when a delay occurred due to stock shortages. I would recommend them 100% as they are very professional Karen

Excellent service from Susan and the team at Portico. Had quite a few items framed here over the last few years. They are great at helping you pick the right frame and matt colour combo that makes your art pop. Would thoroughly recommend Portico for all your framing requirements.

Fantastic service from the ladies at portico, always a pleasure dealing with them. I have had 4 or 5 jobs done and they're clearly good at what they do, with out too much thought they nail 3 or 4 options straight away explaining why they've ve picked out those possible combos. Such excellent customer service and wonderful end product. I had a cross stitch framed and am thrilled with how it looks. When served we were given great advice in regards to color of frame and border. She was so patient with us. Perhaps a bit pricey but absolutely worth it!

Portico is a great place, the thing that really struck me upon walking in was the quality of the photo art, John is a great photographer and has amazing work on the walls of the shop, would definitely recommend going for a look especially if you are looking for any art to add to your home! They can even re-frame your existing art to make it look even nicer!

Portico is a wonderful treasure trove for quality gifts for someone special - possibly yourself! Lots of lovely things that aren’t mass produced, and don’t cost a fortune. I love popping in for a browse, and always find something that takes my fancy.

This has become my go-to place in Rotorua for gifts for all occasions. Everything is high quality and reasonably priced. They even offer free beautiful gift wrapping as well, which definitely saves me a ton of time and effort!

Portico made a magnificent job of re-framing a Thai beaten relief scene, a favourite from overseas travels. It looks even better than when first bought 20 years ago.
