It's nice to have people in customer service that are really doing there best to give great service. 100% recommend Rotorua store. They all deserve a pay rise!!

Writing to acknowledge how incredible the staff at the Rotorua Shosha are. This is a shout out specially to Deep my man.
As a regular for the last few years, the products are great, however the customer service goes above and beyond. They know their stuff.
I would rather go out of my way to shop at the Shosha rotorua instead of Taupo since these legends are always there with good banter, efficient service and great energy.
Will definitely be back!

Parul was awesome!! friendly, informative and had all the time for me. very understanding of what i wanted and needed from my vape. so helpful and knowledgeable without trying to sell me or be pushy. he took time to understand how i vape and really thought about how he could make that experience better. highly recommend!
