F.I used to hear about this " mate, you got everything including the kitchen sink" . Can I say this applies to this great store. Its got some quality items, I need to make my creations. No matter what you are or do, Shine a lot on the spotlight, i was quite surprised , when i first discovered them. Life is very good.
B.Honestly, i had never been to spotlight in my life. First time I walked in I was in heaven! If you need craft, sewing, fabrics, curtains, blinds... spotlight is the place! Love it! My new favorite craft store and the prices!!! So cheap!

G.Visited on a not particularly busy day. Went to counter to have 4 different materials measured and cut. The wait for us was not particularly long to be served, One staff person serving us, while the other customers waited a good 10-15mins could of been longer, before staff from another section came to help. Using Spotlight card was an absolute saving. Well laid out store, Friendly enough staff.

An extensive range of tools and equipment (and offers to get stuff in especially if not currently in stock). Fabrics of old and new/fashionable styles - types, colours and styles.
Helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable, unrushed/calm team members.

H.One of my favourite shops. I visited to get help for a friend who is having trouble working out how to operate the auto needle threader on her Brother sewing machine. I got amazing help to take back to my friend.

C.I haven't been into Spotlight for months and found the shop colorful and inviting, well lit with helpful Staff. There is more merchandise than ever and beautifully displayed. If only I had the time to wander and enjoy all the goodies....will be back.

G.Went in with my husband today to buy a pinata. As soon as we walked through the door we had a lovely lady say hello and point us directly to where we needed to go. They had a nice variety and we got what we came for. When we went to the checkout we were served by a different lady, I believe her name was Henrietta? Sorry if it is a variation of this name. She was truly lovely and so helpful. Just excellent service. So thanks. 🤗

D.Every time I go here I find something different. Friendly helpful and knowledgeable staff add to a very pleasant shopping experience. Lots of craft stuff and wool and synthetic yarns plus all the necessary paraphernalia. They have dressmaking fabrics, curtains and material, and party supplies. Parking is a breeze too with a huge car park with good accessibility.

c.Yarn section is a bit sparce, but thankfully they seem to be able to stagger the amount of yarn on the shelves, to keep a constant supply going. Usually a fair amount of sales on, to help make money stretch a bit further.
l.Great array of merchandise and great helpful staff, not enough knitting pattens to choose from though..This week I bought voile for my windows, and gained advice about blinds. The staff member cut all the curtains to size and even labelled them so I would know which was which. the curtains come with the tops all ready for hooks and hemmed! What more could one want. Also, when I mentioned to one of the staff members about a particular cutlery set, she not only gave me advice about that one, she indicated another set which was even more value. Great staff
G.It's a Spotlight. Pretty much like all the others. It has too much acrylic yarn. Dress material range is ok. Has interesting bits and bobs for various crafts, but doesn't take the place of a proper specialist store and is targeted at the lower end of the market.

K.I don't actually enjoy shopping here. Although the staff are friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is cluttered and stock trollies left unmanned liter the walk ways making it hard to move around. I purchased face and body paint and I don't like the product at all. It was very drying and isn't safe around the eyes, nasal areas or mouth.
H.Can't say enough about how good this place makes me feel. A lovely store and staff, very helpful and chatty.

R.Take my advise if you don't ask you're invisible. There are thousands and thousands of things to choose from so even when you know what you want you won't find it quickly. You really have to ask because it can be overwhelming.
