Drove in at night looks like it was closed No direct open entrance like most warehouse places. ♿ accessible parking..the entry was through the center shopping doors which leads into the food court. Very large warehouse spacious #wheelchair friendly. Has stationary in store for your printing and stationary supplies

Called in on the off chance the jewelry section would have what I was after, they didnt, however, the staff member I dealt with (indian lady?) was super helpful and not pushy and extremely polite, I ended up buying an item elsewhere for my wife's birthday and valentine's however, we did go back and purchase an item for the kids to give mum on her birthday, cheers

Very pleasant experience. They had what I wanted. Short wait at checkout friendly person served us. Offered choice of bag or no bag which I prefer to say no to, if it is plastic. Not crowded at all on Saturday sfternoon.

Only entrance is through food court but no signs are indicating it, so ended up wandering around the whole thing for 5 minutes. Price label was missing from the product I wanted to buy. Otherwise huge and well stocked store.

I've lived in Rotorua for around about 6 months now and shop regularly at the warehouse. I have always enjoyed shopping here as staff have always been pleasant. I'm writing this review as one staff member stood out to me tonight. (Tania- the name of the lady that served me) She has outstanding customer service skills and was absolutely lovely, bubbly and went over and above the expectations of her job. She really made my day! I think that people like that should be recognised and rewarded in some way for being so good at their job. However I did have one unpleasant incident which also happened earlier today at the console/ gaming desk, where the lady was very rude and snapped at my partner. She didn't seem very happy and all we wanted to know was if the sale on the Xbox controllers included a white and grey one. After she had been very unnecessarily rude I said to my partner "nah we'll go somewhere else". She had just lost a sale. This was the first time I had seen this lady at the warehouse so as a whole the warehouse in Rotorua is a great place to shop. Just shows how important customer service is and how much of an impact it has on people perspectives.

Alot of random stuff but really good. Not budget but not fancy. Normally really festive stuff for Halloween, Christmas, guyforks ect when the seasons come around. If you plan on going there know what you want and get it, the sell things from clothes to lamps to chocolate. I would recommend this as a general store but not really a super market.

Huge Warehouse store with a large variety of items. Long opening hours with plenty of free parking. There are not quite enough checkout registers. Usually easy to find something you want during your visit. Very handy to have in any New Zealand town.

We like the warehouse and do get a bargain at times . One problem almost Everytime we find it hard to maunuvor a wheelchair through most central ailes the run way is good when people don't stand and chat leaving you to wait so they can move their trolleys or themselves

Huge, the biggest Warehouse I have ever been to. Well stocked, they seemed to have a complete range and selection of sizes. The store was tidy and checkouts efficient. I couldn't really ask for anything else in a Warehouse store.

I recently spent time at the children's ward at Rotorua hospital. We ran out of pyjamas for master 8 & home is in Taupo. The nursing staff provided us with a brand new pair of pyjamas & said they had been donated by the warehouse Rotorua. I also saw that the 4 slice toaster in the kitchen had been donated by the staff of the Warehouse Rotorua. I would like to thank you for your donations ( & any others I didn't see) These little things make a big difference when you are aware from home with a sick child. I also wanted to let you know that your kind deeds had not gone unnoticed. Once again Thank You
