I love shopping at farmers silverdale because of the amazing customer service I receive from Carmen in the children section. I always go there with my son and she goes out of her way to help me find sizes for my son. Carmen definitely needs to get recognized for her amazing work. Thank you!

It's got a wide variety of products. Recently we purchased a table and benches the product arrived however was faulty,we went thru the head office about sorting it out ie some backup service. After waiting a bit got in touch with the silverdale store and they sorted the issue great attitude from the manager right through to the delivery guys . We even purchased some extra chairs.

Had the best experience with Elaine from the beauty ‘Natio’ department. She was going off shift but wanted to help me before leaving! First off, best services ever !! by offering me great advice about skin, suggesting amazing products that fitted well within my price range, and simply working together with my preferences and choices about adjusting better skin quality and explaining the details about each product and going further in depth on why I needed it and what would happen if I didn’t tend to invest into skincare. Absolutely admire her enthusiasm and passion about beauty and wish her the very best! Such a lovely kind person to talk to and highly recommend to approach her when you are feeling lost about a certain product. Thank you so much Elaine for taking the time to help me with my skincare routine, & I hope this review helps to show how appreciative I am, thank you. Please farmers, promote her!! She is so so lovely. All the best xx (I will be spreading a word around about the purchase I have made and also will be visiting regularly)!!

Gone down hill since I used to shop at Farmers. Their clothing is expensive and not very good quality. Selection in homeware is very minimal and won't be going back in a hurry

Farmers silverdale is new and modern. I frequently visit here for their extensive range of baby and kids products. The only issue I had was when I wanted a baby monitor, which weren't priced, I couldn't find anyone to help me. Car parking is always avaliable.

Had the absolute best service from the awesome lady in the Beauty Department.. Nicole is an absolute asset to what was a very dull place to enter.. I was instantly attracted to her laugh and her knowledge of products is second to none.... her spunk and funky dress sense drew me to her.. I spent $ i wasnt thinking if spending.. I wish every Farmers had a few Nicole's!!! Keep her on!! I'll be back and as a local business owner I'll be spreading the word on this favorable woman!

I had a good experience with the friendly and helpful staff in store but an unfortunate experience with delivery of a couch. It took 3 tries to get it to us... One time they arrived with the truck only to realise the couch wasn't loaded 😅 So mixed feelings overall...

Friendly staff and shelves are tidy. It would be great if they had a nursing room or somewhere for a mother to nurse. Due to being a department store it's hard to nurse in the mall when you're in the middle of shopping with a trolly full of things.

Today I bought a ‘ Royal Shimmer Fashion Doll’ I chose mulan. The hair was very realistic and I like the quality of the whole product. There was one thing I was a bit confused on was I searched up this Mulan doll before and she had a green dress with Chinese patterns on it, but the one I bought was a pink sparkly one, either way it looks nice. I’m just slightly confused.

I've got to keep away from the perfume counter it so addictive how may bottles of perfume can one have.. A great shopping experiance. The farmers have served your NZl family's for over a 100 years...5 Star delivery always.

The products at Farmers are always good quality and the changing rooms are spacious, that is what keeps me coming here. However, I find the layout of this store difficult to find your way out/through and this makes me reluctant to enter. They charge for transferring items from another store, which I would not mind if they provided a prompt transfer, but when it takes 10 days and they NEVER answer their phone, it's easier to drive to another branch.

This new-look Famers is great. Undercover parking, a wide selection of homewares, appliances and clothing. The staff are friendly and all the products are well laid out.

Very hard to find staff but they are there if you are patient. Lots of stock and well displayed. Not crowded with customers so pleasant for browsing.

If you want to do your holiday shopping somewhere a bit more peaceful but still in Auckland, then this is the farmers to go to. Not to busy and a decent size and stock.
