I have only the most positive of experiences in this beautiful shop, Hello Darling. The staff are all friendly, warm and embracing of anyone who walks thru their door. Clare, the owner has created such a beautiful safe haven to escape into from the busy intent of the outside road. I often wander into the shop to just look, smell, feel textures and lose myself in the gorgeous environment. I’m always greeted like a friend regardless of if I spend that day or not. Hello darling is a gem in our community ❤️💜❤️

Hello Darling is such a stunning store, stocking some amazing brands and gorgeous products. Clare, the owner is so inspirational, her eye for interiors is incredible. Every time I look online, my wishlist grows some more! Highly recommend.

A beautiful store with the best range of quality items. Clare has always been so kind and helpful. I can still remember my first visit to Hello Darling six years ago and I have admired the store ever since.

This store is a treasure trove of all things beautiful owned by a gorgeous woman with impeccable style. An absolute favorite, Hello Darling has an eclectic range of amazing fashion and accessories, including some by a fabulous selection of New Zealand designers. The homeware selection is divine and they even have gems for the littles. The online shopping service is swift and easy but nothing beats a quiet meander in store where there are so many special pieces to discover. Once this lock down is over, I suggest a trip here. It will be followed by many more. Guaranteed!

Exceptional customer service when I was searching for a dress for my daughter to wear to a wedding a few years ago. Can't wait to shop in store once alert levels allow.

Incredible service from their online store. I ordered a 27 names dress with a short time frame for a friend's wedding and it was shipped immediately. I ordered mid day and the dress arrived beautifully wrapped with a hand written note from the owner the next morning. The best service I have had in a long time, will definitely be ordering again! Hello Darling is one of my favourite boutique stores, it stocks amazing brands, so many New Zealand made products it’s truely a store you never walk out of empty handed. The owner Clare, and daughter Kaitlin are the most beautiful souls you will ever meet and always go above and beyond to help you find the perfect something be it for yourself, or a gift for someone special. When ever I place an online order, my order is swiftly dispatched on a courier and I have it so quickly, always wrapped up so beautifully and carefully in tissue. I would recommend dropping into Millwater to have a look at her new beautiful store she has opened and to see the beautiful quality brands she stocks or just to stop in to say hi to Clare or Kaitlin. Thanks so much for always helping me when I come in girls! Wish I could give you more than 5 stars you deserve more.

I have been a repeat customer to Hello Darling for years, and still now even though we no longer live in NZ. The thought and care that goes into every product and the service that comes along with it - customer experience, events, Christmas sales and more. I have referred many a friend to visit the shop, either online or in person, after they have asked about where I have purchased items from. Cannot recommend highly enough :)

I love this shop. Eclectic, cool and bespoke. And stocking the good stuff. All sorts of homewards, fashion and foodie bits and bobs. Theres something for everyone here and a fabulous place to buy a gift for someone. Small and local and personal. Fabulous friendly service and just a kind hearted team to boot. Cannot recommend Hello Darling highly enough.

This store has had the nicest brands + products you can find on the hibiscus coast. There's no other store like it. Im not sure about the reviews stating bad quality, but if you know the brands and the products hello darling is about you would know they aren't as cheap and bad quality as these reviews say.
