I have placed many click and collect orders which were processed and ready for pick up the next day! One of my click and collect orders were processed late at night, and I received a notification the next morning around opening shop hours that my order was ready! Super fast and efficient service, and the staff were professional and helpful. This was all done during our alert level 3 where delays were to be expected, and retailers were under a lot of pressure with online orders 😄

Customer service was bad when my wife was asking for a product. They said if on shelf we have it, and they didn’t offer to check storeroom. Online said plenty in stock. Went 3 hours later and lots of stock on shelf.

Usually a great store to visit. I had called this local store to me to see if they had products in stock, which the lady on the phone said no so I had to drive out to another store.. to find out later that day they did have the items I was after and the person on the phone clearly did not have the time for me/a customer to check! Disappointing experience, but usually a good store.

Well there is a lot about Briscoes in any purchase for any item at home definitely have to see any offers available on any selected item or just have to wait till weekend to come and voila your choosen product could be at home or depends on availability. The Staff at this store are very welcoming and helpful. They are also very polite. The reason I marked down this store is every time I have visited there have been insufficient staff serving and I have been unable to find any staff member to help with my queries or purchases. Also the Store seems to have a lack of trolleys available for use. Apart from these two complaint's I have nothing but good to report.

Went here to buy a watch. Called up and they were able to put it in home for me, good customer service then. The product unfortunately was faulty, the hands got caught on each other. I took it back the following day, no problems at all, they exchanged it with my receipt.

There is always a good deal going on at Briscoes. It is only a little Shop compared to many other Briscoes but despite this they still seem to have a good selection of goods. The Staff are unfailingly cheerful and helpful. The Shop is always tidy and well lit. Sometimes it is frustrating waiting for service as they only seem to ever have 2 staff members serving. This would be my only complaint about this particular Briscoes.

There is always a sale on at Briscoes. This ones tidy middle sized and not stupid busy most days. Also the staff are pretty cheerful. So go. Buy a spoon. A kettle and maybe a picture of Paris in a sort of artsy 12.99 type of mood.... after all why pay more?

Things you need and things you want. Reasonable prices for reasonable quality. Great sales! Staff are an odd bunch. Some helpful and friendly, some bored and apathetic, an older female is just plain nasty. Manukau store is bigger and nicer. Takanini is just a back-up if Manukau don't have what you're looking for.

Briscoes stores are always great no matter where they are located. We usually go to their Albany store but were in Takanini. Great range of products, great prices and helpful staff.

Such a tidy and well organized store for being so busy and large, the lay out is great, similar to most Briscoes so it has a familiar feel but however this store is much more brighter in terms of lighting which makes the experience of shopping here great. Generally I wouldn't buy anything from Briscoes unless it was on sale, which you wont really have to wait long for to happen, they always have great deals so dont buy anything for full price, just wait a week and see the price go in half.

Briscoes is very busy at this time of year as something is always on sale. The weekend we went everything was 30% off plus more discounts for some other items. As we know briscoes always has a sale of some kind so it pays to return often to take full advantage of all the specials.
