There was an unavoidable delay due to illness but was so impressed with contractor Josh’s fantastic efforts, it was well worth the wait. Credit too, as it was a pretty big job for one carpet layer and don’t know how he managed the challenging layouts in my house so well. Would highly recommend him for his work ethic, and his professional and personal high standards and excellent customer service with such a big workload.

a.We bought a carpet from Flooring First, Taupo. & when it was laid there was a flaw in the weave of the carpet. I took a couple of photos,after the carpet layer had tried his utmost to try and rectify the new carpet, sent them through to the Office. I had an immediate response & the arpet was checked by the next day. I was then given assurance that things would be rectified ( bearing in mind , this was all in the Christmas week) New Carpet has been supplied and fitted as of to-day. All with a pleasant and very professional attitude. I was kept in the loop every step of the way and certainly could not fault The Flooring First Taupo team. They have been excellent.
