The counter staff member had a great sense of humour the other one didnt she bordered on rude and i dont like how you have to go back to front of store to use a counter to fill in your parcel details when they could put it down where the others are where you pay for your postal bags..this has annoyed me for years

Went to postal agency at paper plus no where as good as service that was available at now closed postoffice no where to sit whilst filling in forms and envelopes and long wait at undermanned counter
