Thanks John at Stihl Taupo. Friendly and helpful on the phone. The same in person! Knowledgeable and experienced chap, he went over the mower in detail, answered all our questions , we drove off happy. I had read the earlier review and so took note of all the above. The workshop guys and other sales staff were happy and energetic. Many customers were bringing in machines to be serviced while we were there, and were geeeted as old friends.
