I rang him and several other companies in Taupo and he was the most helpful. Two places weren’t even interested in helping. He came when he said, brought all the choices of hardware and colours and didn’t mind my thorough questioning. He gave me a quote on the spot. Half the price of the one other company that came out (eventually) to quote. The blind arrived in the time frame given and was fitted perfectly and we were extremely happy with it.
