Absolutely incredible service!! Dylan was, as others say, outstanding!! He didn't currently have in stock what I was trying to buy, but gave me the best place to buy what I was looking for, and the place with the best price too!! AND he provided contact phone numbers. We bought a new fireplace from these guys recently for our beach house. They really know their stuff and the service was fantastic. There was a small issue with the installer (not 4 Seasons' fault) and the staff went out of their way to get it sorted ASAP. We also have a Broil King from them and it's a great BBQ - they arranged assembly and delivery for us - so easy.

We were looking for a designer gas fire and Dylan, the manager, showed us the Escea gas fire options and we were sold. What a beautiful fireplace, (made in NZ, too). The qualified gas fitter was clearly a specialist at his job. All done in a morning.

Dylan @ 4Seasons has great knowledge base, and was really helpful when it came to choosing a charcoal grill for this summer (we've always had gas in the past). He even had a Keg operating, 'low and slow' cooking a couple of chickens out the back, that we were able to look at and ask more questions about. We ended up buying the Broil King Keg, and absoluely love it, and Family is super impressed at how succulent & tasty the foods are! Thankyou Dylan!

Really helpful staff. Did my Council permit and arranged a really proficient installer. Terrific Woodsman fireplace plus we got a free flue kit!

We just got the best spa pool from these guys. Top of the line Galaxy Orion Star. Energy Smart, Thermolock insulated, water fountain, heat pump attached and wifi (for the sound system). Have used it every night so far. Perfect.

Great service- I needed info about spas and he did an amazing job. He was the first person that I've spoken to and he certainly made an impression. Not pushy but informative.

Came in store to get some appliances and rubs. Welcomed by really helpful staff who ensured that I left with exactly what I needed and a smile to boot. Would definitely recommend.
