Our cat loves us going here. They have the best cat food that she will only eat. For us it's the fish and accessories, also love the variety of tanks. Staff are great, also knowing their stuff on any product. 💖

We have recently become new dog owners and went in to visit Animates. The man we spoke to in there was incredibly knowledgeable and knew exactly what things we needed. He walked us round the shop and helped pick out several items and gave many great suggestions to help us with our new adoption. The shop has a really good range of items and a dog refreshment station outside. Animates also offer special discounts when you frequently purchase selected foods, which is great. We’ll definitely be back!

Quite an expensive shop, but has a good selection of products. I was disappointed with the tanks the betta fish were kept in. It looked way too small for them. Good service 👍

Interesting thing about this place is that you can buy cat litter in bulk. Just buy the big pail filled with litter and bring it back when it is empty. You can get it refilled for substantially less than buying bags of litter.
