K.Good stock of products, most of the staff are super friendly and helpful. The store is pet friendly and the dog wash is super popular. Only criticism is when there was not the item I needed and I asked if we could get from tauranga I couldn’t pay for everything at tauriko. I had to pay for the other item at tauranga store.

N.Great customer service, however with only 2 people on and about 5 to 6 customers all waiting to either purchase or get advice. Once they were available all questions were answered. Pricing is to be expected as we own a very cool Dashshund, ponsie we know. Got everything on our list. But stocks were low of the harnesses for cars. All in all great place to get information and supplies.

B.Good place to wash the dog. Wish they had a pause button(not paws) to make it a bit easier to dry with towels before using blow dryer

B.Animates Tauriko is a perfect option when it comes to your pets. Personally I think it has everything you need when trying to buy things for your pet and I highly suggest going to animates when your looking for pet shop suggestions.
