Bit cluttered so easily knocking hangers off. But great store. We had an awesome sales lady who took us on her perfume counter. She was so friendly and kind. Great banter....that was the stand out for the store.

Friendly greeting at the door and a thank you upon exiting the store. A good variety of items with reasonable prices when there is a sale on. The store is well laid out and there is plenty of parking.

Not the biggest Farmers store, but one of the nicest I have been to. Down the road from the main mall, so parking is a bit easier. Maybe not as much stock as a bigger store, but everything is well laid out. Single level store, so you don't have to carry large purchases down a lift or elevator. Most staff I've encountered here have been friendly enough, although some don't know much about the products and don't offer to look into it for you even when it's not busy. Prices here are pretty high, but that's the usual for a Farmers store, the sales are worth waiting for. There are public toilets outside the store.

Ample outdoor open carparking. In-store, cluttered displays with little room to freely walk around. Prices have increased significantly since my last Farmer's experience. This occasion met with long waits at the checkout zones... Room for improvement.

After an accident I had found it difficult to purchase Lingerie. Had a patient and wonderful assistant who helped me. While the staff were pleasant enough, it lacks personality and feels a bit like any other big box brand. The light and signage were adequate enough but didn't leave me wanting to have a good look around. It wasn't a bad experience, and the product range was good, but just lacked a little life.

Just last weekend I took my Mum to Farmers Tauriko. She is elderly and not very well at the moment and has shopped at Farmers all her life. In the makeup department she was initially assisted by a young woman who quickly seemed to lose interest in Mum and moved on to help other customers. It was so sad to watch as my Mum stood, waiting to be approached for almost 10 minutes, admittedly the place was getting busier as it was after 10am on a Saturday morning and I was initially unable to attract any attention for help either. To the rescue came a lady named 'Maria' whom Mum recognised from many years shopping at the main Tauranga Branch, currently closed for a rebuild I believe. She really fussed over my Mum and it made her day. Maria, you are an absolute champion, thank you! 😊👍

A beautiful store which is well set out with lovely stock and helpful staff. However, the music today was extremely loud and grating. Harsh female voices trying to sing Xmas carols. We felt the need to rush our shopping just to escape the noise as it was difficult to concentrate. Please turn down the music. It can`t be easy for the staff to have to spend the whole day with such noise pollution.

A wonderful place to go to on Saturday mornings. It is lovely to see the farmers /people display their fresh produce /products. It is a lively environment, with people either buying, catching up, sipping a hot drink, sitting/listening to the band or admiring the breed of dogs that come along. I have been enjoying the music too. The products are fairly priced, fresh and great!
