N.Friendly service and super helpful staff, couldn't ask for more. The appliances I bought were in stock at their depot which was due to close. While my son raced to the depot I stayed to do the paperwork and the staff member rang through to let them know my son was on his way, so they waited for him and helped load the appliances before closing. Awesome service, thank you

My husband and I have worked in customer service for many years and the team at Harvey Norman Tauranga is unmatched!
Scott took a great deal of time to find the very best fit of a TV for us and then when I mentioned I need my Garmin repaired he worked closely with the Computer department to ensure we were taken care of.
Rose in the computer department problem solved my Garmin issues and submitted it for repair. She was very thorough in explaining to me the process and made me feel very confident that the repair would be resolved and they would be in contact.
Rangi followed up with me on my Garmin repair (we had met him in store previously as well working with Rose) and not only did he follow up with me on the phone twice and thoroughly explained to me the process, but also worked with Rose to ensure my purchased warranty was sorted as well.
We will 100% go to the Tauranga store over any other electronics store in the future. The team here are STELLAR!

K.This store usually has good bargains but I would recommend doing your due diligence and research on google for expert and public reveiws before buying any product or service these days.
A.Purchased an LG 9kg washing machine. I already own a LG washer and drier, both fantastic. I needed a larger machine and bought online...due to covid there was going to be delays and I was in urgent need. The tga team, namely Regan... Rung me twice and responded so fast, upgraded to a larger machine at no extra charge and delivered that afternoon. It's been a long time since I experienced service that great. Thank you so much. The actual machine I am yet to use... tomorrow... however having owned both...I can say amazing brand, and no problem at all.... Got the mounting bracket for them to stand vertically. Real space saver. Wonder experience Tauranga. Thank you....
c.Tis the season for miracles and they managed one. I needed a fridge and wanted it delivered that day. I wasn't hopeful, but asked anyway, and they made it happen.Awesome service.

a.Sometimes we don't get attended, I prefer to go to the one at the Mount. Their service is much better and they are friendly to the customers.

Once in I find a smiling man named Stu.
He looked at my two phones, told me what to do
and sent me away.
Off I went and did as I was told, thinking this is turning
out to be a good day.
Back to Harvey Norman and there was Stu, still smiling.
I told him one of my phones was dying.
A while later he told me to go home and told me what to do.
Home I went and did as I was told by Stu.
Half an hour later I had a call from this man Stu.
I now had one old phone and one new phone with all my data
programmed in.
The problem I had now was, should I throw my old phone in the bin.
So if you visit Harvey Norman, look out for smiling Stu.

j.Typical H N store! Good stock selection, prices generally very competitive and they always seem to be able to offer good hire purchase terms. But the usual problem exists with young, Commission hungry staff trying desperately to talk you into spending more than you want to!
