Hot Spring Spas Tauranga technicians were super efficient, and restored my saltwater spa exterior that had been damaged in a move to looking brand new within an afternoon. Excellent job team, thanks.

We purchase a swim spa through Jason and his team and they were amazing to work with. Not only delivering it but assisting in installing it into our deck. Jason team has been so helpful in teaching me the ins and outs of owning and running a spa.

I purchased a Limelight Beam spa in November 2019. This is my second spa from Ford Hot Spring Spas in Tauranga, and once again I am 100% satisfied with the quality of product and great service. I had moved house and was tight for space, so Jason and Diana worked with me to get the most suitable spa at a great price, and Robert went to a lot of trouble to ensure the installation went smoothly. Great team!

We recently purchased a spa from the team at Ford Spa Pools. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. We had access issues to get spa in place but they got around that with no hassles. We've had great after sales service too, regarding maintenance etc. I highly recommend the Ford Spas team.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. The best brand of spa "Hot Spring". Install on site went without a hitch. Good inductions and training. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone who wants a quality spa and good after sales support.

We Purchased a Stride Hot Spot Spa from Ford Spa Pools, what a fantastic company, great advice regarding which model would suit our needs, running costs explained and what impressed me the most was the ease of delivery and set up, we were up and running the next day. We were told by a couple of people to use These guys and they have been great to deal with. Handled the delivery with ease and the spa has been great. Highly recommended.

Used these guys several times now, always incredibly helpful and know their stuff back to front and inside out. Used them for servicing and repairing an old spa, and electrical work and fitting of a new one. Highly recommended.

Jason & Diana went above and beyond to help out as we live in Nelson and getting it down was going to be a hassel so Jason actually delivered it 3 hours away to get it to a special delivery place. Would recommend totally.
