Set out spacious and comfortable. Wide aisles and variety of products available at reasonably prices. My grandsons know exactly where the toy section is. The selection of the latest toys, trains, Lego, transformers would delight any 3year old and 5year old. All ages. Fleets of Hot wheels and a carpet town layout map give them many Leisure hours of fun as do wooden train sets.

Clean, great staff and great KMART. Never been before but easy parking and wasn't to busy. Got what I went for and more which is normal for shopping at any KMART.

large store with plenty of stock at good prices.Except,Earphones area. seemed to be all head sets for gaming.I have purchased Anko sets before to use on my tv.Finally bought a pc headset only to find the wrong connection that wont fit my tv.$26 as against my previous one at $8!. NOT IMPRESSED.Dont enjoy the check-out system as my poor eyesight doesnt pick up the tiny payout instructions.Frontline staff are friendly and helpful.

Some dude came and talked to me about Jesus outside here. I thought this was a bit on the nose for Bethlehem. He had a survey and everything on his phone. It seemed to imply I was getting answers wrong which seemed odd for a survey. This is not a reflection on Kmart though. They had a pretty small electronics section though.

Compared to other K mart, this place has quite varieties and have lots of stocks. However still lots of shelves are empty and the items that online says in stock are not there. Sometimes hard to find staffs around you as well. Compared to the size, this place needs more staffs.

Great place. Tidier than most K.Mart stores. Online ordering is absolutely appalling. Ordered item classified as essential during lockdown. Other goods from Australia arrived really fast. K.Mart finally refunded a month later saying not available. Don't bother with their chaotic online, go to their great store in Bethlehem instead.

prices and range is very good. I found the shopping experience chaotic, with having to hunt down product that was situated in random places instead of department. For example, winter sheets not in linen department with summer sheets but half way across the store , and very little choice. This is not the only K Mart like this. It appears to be the norm with the several I have visited

I got a few things of what I needed but there where a few products I couldn't get and alot of selves where out of stock more than some other Kmarts I've been to. I didn't find one or two of the staff very helpful when I could find a staff member. Customer Services and self checkout had 1 staff member on and she did help in between customers ,she was helpful. Parking was great .

People find bargains here. The anko products seem to be popular. A friend had the anko 2n1 cordless stick vacuum and it hummed over the carpet picking up cat hair effortlessly. She is extremely pleased with it. I bought one today.

Love this Kmart. Nice friendly staff. I liked the fact that after a shopping trip, you can grab some fast food from nearby eateries without having to drive. Find that this location usually stocks what other Kmarts are out of stock on.

Kmart in general have well priced and a good selection of stock when it comes to all your usual needs as well as being open decent hours. My children used to love buying candy from here. Then we found a thick black hair in one of the packages before even opening it. That was enough to put them off. The staff are.. Okey. 50% of the time the will direct you to what you are looking for. Other times they just send you on a goose chase or say they don't have it. The 70% of the checkout attendants could use some training when it comes to customer courtesy and care. If I was to pick between the Bayfair or Bethlehem stores. With avaliblity of stocked items and CSR skills. I would probably say the Mt would be the top choice.

There is nothing outstanding about this Kmart. Though in fairness it is one of two I have been too. They have a great selection of wares from household goods to clothes. They have found their market and do it well. Staff are a bit evasive but the shop is well stocked and easy to navigate. Tons of parking, I would be shocked if there was ever a time with no free spaces.

Good place for value shopping for clothes for the family. Kmart own the Anko brand which they pretty much sell across all their departments. I got the 6 pack of Anko coffee mugs which are for real coffee/ tea drinkers and are solid so won't break in a hurry. The book section is small aswell as the stationery area, so go to Bayfair Kmart for a better selection. But this Kmart covers all the essentials you'll need for your home

Both technology products we wanted were not in stock, I would guess because of post covid supply issues, however the assistant who helped us was excellent, very humorous and is an asset to the Kmart team.

All the mens clothing in disarray making things difficult to find. The buyer should look at the most popular sizing as all the racks have lots of the same sizes s, xs and L left behind while xl and 2xl sizes are non existent. This is apparent in tops and pants.

Thats my 1st visit to Kmart, i was overwhelmed at every part of it. Such a fabulous variety of great products. I found the prices better than 'wish' and the products 100%better. I highly recommend.

I'd like to give a shout out to Tammy who gave me outstanding customer service this morning 24th Feb 2020. She went above and beyond by helping me with clothes sizing, retrieving items from the store for me to try on and being a happy smiling face at the changing rooms. Great work Tammy you rock!

Kmart is Kmart is Kmart. Sometimes the cheap prices come with a good deal, but more often you'll walk away with things that won't last and are essentially not value for money. It's essentially a cheaper and crappier Warehouse. This branch was tidy and clean.

I've been to this store several times and will continue to go. Everytime service differs but this time I was served by Sarah-lee (in kitchen department today). I was after placemats, Sarah's customer service was excellent. Very friendly, helpful, efficient and seems like a lovely person who enjoys her job. Good on you! Very big compared to Whakatane. Didnt have the item i was looking for though (baby boy 3-6mnth hat) but the lolly range was amazing. Security was on point by checking reciept on way out. Service was fast and efficient.

Twice now I've been in and had the same situation where there is either not enough staff at checkout to deal with the machines constant error messages, or they don't know how to say to the person that they are assisting with a bulk purchase "do you mind if I just go sort those machines out quickly?". Meanwhile queue is getting more and more backed up as half of the self serve machines are at a standstill. Absolutely ridiculous.

Total Kmart fan. Don't understand why there needs to be security on the door tho? If someone is going to steal, wont the detectors pick it up on the way out? I find their presence can be uneasy & intimidating at times even tho I've done nothing wrong. I'd suggest a different approach to security measures. It's Kmart and yes they have alot of convenient things and a good price you can afford. If you live on the other side of Tauranga, and travel all the way out to Bethlehem to find out they don't do WINZ quotes anymore for work clothing, I hope this saves you time and gas.
