R.Our fur babies love coming here. We have been customers for about 3 years now. No matter how busy they are the girls always have time to stop for pats and a chat about how our babies are doing or to offer advice if needed. Genuine love and care is given to each animal that comes in. We rescued a boxer a couple of months ago and he was underweight we took on advice from pet essentials after a detailed discussion re pros and cons on dry food vs raw and brands etc.....and as you can see from pic below he is starting to fill out.

We are always treated with respect, my puppy loves getting treats and cuddles from the friendly staff. They are always so helpful when it comes to anything medical, nutritional or just anything in general. Would defnitely recommend coming here I'm never disappointed!

S.The most helpful service. I am very impressed, the man advised me on what I should purchase for our brand new kitten. He suggested some cheaper options. The hours are great as well as he doesn't close until 6:00pm. Found them so friendly and honest. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

I.What a friendly team you have at Pet Essentials! Even though we had a good idea of what we were after, the staff we met were all engaging and encouraged to bring our dog in when he arrives from the UK. We bought a lot of good quality products for our dog and the food he was on in the UK. Very happy to find Pet Essentials in Tauranga. We'll be visiting again.

L.Pet Essentials is the ethical pet shop. They don't support puppy farmers as a certain large pet supply store does, they have knoweledgeable staff, great products and reasonable prices. Ticks all the boxes for me.
