A.Always willing to offer advice and really know their stuff.
p.As a boutique accommodation provider when the spa heater goes down it is a real issue. With a lock down in Auckland it meant there was no servicing, parts or new spa heater available. These guys went above and beyond to get us up and going again within a day with some kiwi can do innovation. So appreciate the effort by them. Thanks guys. Waihi Beach Paradise Resort

J.Good technical service but GRUMPY. I was early but they had opened the doors. I was not in a hurry and made that clear when they explained they were still setting up. I had not had a water test before so when they asked me for my name I gave it, then asked "what will you be sending me?" This was ignored so I asked again, I think it is reasonable to want to avoid junk mail and spam. They didn't even say thanks when I bought $70 worth of chemicals on their recommendation. This seemed to be the shop owner as she wasn't wearing their staff uniform. Won't be going back.
P.Explained my problem I had with the swimming pool and they knew exactly what I was talking about. Put the product into the pool and WOW pool is clear as.
