Great sale on but no help or even acknowledgement from floor staff. We weren't greeted on arrival or asked if we needed any help. Perhaps I am old fashioned expecting this?

Awesome store as always. Super helpful staff and stocked what I wanted. Interestingly the item I saw online was not in the store but that was because they didn’t rate which I appreciate. The safe side bought was perfect for my needs.

I collected my 'special' fishing rod yesterday (that has travelled the world with me for 10 years+) - thank you for an excellent repair/fix right down to matching the colour, guides etc. at a very reasonable price. Fantastic experience, helpful advice and back up. We had a wind damaged gazebo and thought it would need to be replaced but Ian at H&F had spares and was a great help. Highly recommend this store.

Not the biggest of hunting and fishing stores, but staff are really helpful and knowledgeable. I came in looking for powerful flashlights for outdoor use. While they didn't have what I needed, they had some good recommendations and didn't push a product that wasn't going to be fit for the job.

Great assortment of product, Abit slow at serving or approaching you when in shop. I feel I shouldn't have to go looking for service, it should come to me after all I'm the one with the money. But friendly enough.

Customer service is a mixed bag. Great help when buying a GPS. But buying some camping gear - waited at checkout for 20-30 secs before one of the *three* guys standing there took notice.

Ant served us in the fishing department and was fantastic with all advice to do with surfcasting. Nothing was a problem gave us a ton of amazing advice, really appreciate it will definitely be back.

Great store with lots of selection and often there are good sales happening. I really like buying H & F tops and shirts for overseas gifts as even if they're made in China, the label says, "Hunting & Fishing New Zealand"!

Great people friendly halp full and if thay don't have what you are looking for thay will go out of there way try find it been to a lot of hunting and fishing shops but Tauranga is the place to go so go and get your things from there

They have a huge selection of outdoor gear (mostly fishing hunting and camping) and you can find pretty much anything for those activities that you need. Its a lot of the higher end gear so don't expect to find lots of cheap options but even if you don't buy anything its worth wandering through.
