A.I visited Whitcoulls at the crossing on Dec 1st at 10am, I was looking for books for my two nephews, Helen one of the shop assistants was super helpful and helped me find the perfect books for the two age groups. She also served me at the counter and couldn't be more friendly. I'd like to give a big shout out to Helen for amazing customer service and for make my experience at Whitcoulls so memorable. Great job!
