J.Bought goods for Christmas here. Husband buys his gardening equipment here hence why I went there. Very busy time but staff were excellent with a lot of patience which they needed with me. I had no idea what I wanted. I just said what I wanted the machine to do and I walked out with exactly what was needed. Must say hubby and son were delighted with my purchases
J.I have used this place a couple of times, and was very impressed on both occasions. They are a large operation, and it was evident they knew their business when they serviced, and later repaired, my ride on lawn mower. It even came back cleaner than when I delivered it. They got the job done within the time frame they specified, and offer a pick-up and drop-off service. The only issue I've had was getting a bill out of them - after 3 months of emails/phone calls I eventually received a final demand notice before ever having seen an actual bill. I'm hoping this won't happen this time!
