D.Good service, and friendly staff. I had to return a book that had fallen apart, I didn't have a receipt, just a bank record of purchase. Lee-Anne was awesome. She found the receipt for me, and when we found that the book wasn't in stock she ordered it to be sent to me. Great service, efficient and friendly. Keep up the good work.
W.My toilet bag may have been to many places and has seen better days (along with the owner).Found and bought a new one to suit me and my travels. This may be a lunch box to others but a perfect toilet bag for me.
K.Visited there garden are even though its smaller than Tauranga stores. The plants are much better size and health. The blueberry bush/tree I got for $12.00 is amazing great work guys.
H.The Warehouse is always a staple choice of shop when you have a variety of household or clothing needs. Prices are low and quality reasonable. The store is not the largest however for the size of the town it is well equipped. Opening hours are long so a convenient place to pop into before or after work etc.
D.The staff were friendly. The shop ws tidy and we'll organised. I ws able to find the things I was after easily as the layout of the shop is logical. It is a small warehouse so there is not the selection of products you might find at the larger ones.There is a public toilet in the shop, and there is one in the car park too. As expected the products were well priced and there was a range of similar products at different prices.
m.Service is pretty good although could do with more of a selection for the men's department and also I notice there seems to always be more specials for women's clothing and shoes than there is for men's, this is a problem I have noticed for years and always complain about and this goes for all warehouse.
