Really great customer service and fast responses and shipping! Our puzzles and toys were ordered in Friday and arrived on Monday afternoon. One of the toys we saved for later in the week (a doctor's appointment bribe) and when we installed the batteries, the siren on the police vehicle didn't work. Our toddler was very disappointed, so I emailed customer service and Andrea got back to me on the same day offering a replacement. Really impressed and happy to have found an affordable, friendly toy store based in NZ.

Had to place an urgent order for my daughter birthday present from the Toy Box. As AKL is still under LV4 we were hoping we could have something to give her. Delivery was super fast, beautifully wrapped and even came with a little happy birthday note which made her day. She has been playing with the toy for the last few days. Highly recommended.
