There's a whole lot packed in a small space. Opens super early if you're headed up the coast fishing and need pretty much anything. An easy stop with a boat.

If you’re going to go anywhere for gear/advice, go here. Richie and Tracy go the extra mile. I just visited the coast for ten days’ surfcasting, having never fished the sea before, only freshwater. I went in here for advice on rigs, tactics etc, planning to then buy some cheap stuff from the Warehouse as I didn’t intend to get serious with salt water fishing. Richie offered to loan me some equipment as an alternative, and only charged me for bait and a small hire fee. I got most of the money back, despite losing some bits and pieces. I was given a map of the whole coast with good fishing spots marked out, many of which proved fruitful when I tried them. He spent well over an hour teaching me various knots and making sure I got them right. He even gave me some pies and sandwiches, left over from the bakery next door, and they leant me some bedding, cutlery and plate to take up the coast. (I had gone out fairly unprepared). No charge for any of this, all good will. I even ate my dinner in the back of the shop that night! These are the most hospitable and generous people you could hope to meet and got my trip off to a cracking start. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

DO STOP HERE. Tiny front, but a big store. Plenty in here, with much better pricing than the big shop just doen the road .
