Taking into account the level 2 restrictions I do understand duty of care. However, your policy of only serving eat in customers at the table is nonsensical. You are happy to serve takeout customers, take their order, accept payment and hand them food at the counter. As I wanted to eat in I had to walk away, sit down, await service then try to remember what you had to offer. No menu provided and the staff told me to go back and look. Not the way to encourage repeat business.

A great place to find a special gift for that special person in your life. Ladies will love the large range of clothing and cosmetics but understand that this is pricey! A recommendation is to stop at the in-store JBs cafe for a coffee and sweet treat, you won't be disappointed.

Shop is sadly small and tired and does not live up to the standard I would expect from Ballentines. Food at the cafe was subpar at best while still having prices on the high side of average. Sadly I won't be visiting again (where I will happily visit its counterpart in Christchurch anytime)

Timaru store sells iced coffee. I don't like it but I love it! They sell the bestest iced coffee in Timaru! Even some really nice food! My support worker loves the coffee because it's actually hot! Lovely staff & clean environment! Thankyou ladies!

Took Mum for morning tea...dropped my cup spilling it everywhere...my fault...but a staff member came and helped clean up...offered me another drink and just restored my ' peace' ... true professional..thanks. X

Nice place and the arrangement of its merchandise are very neat, tidy and there are flow and good feng shui. You don't feel clutered. My wife said, any special undergarment that couldn't be found elsewhere can be found here. that is why it is special. We love the place.
