Amazing service and lovely to deal with - When the small teddy bear I purchased wasn't available it was upgraded to the larger one free of charge and the same went for the blanket I purchased, which really was very much appreciated and the delivery even when the current situation in NZ was fast and arrived sooner then I expected and all items were exactly like the pictures on the web site. A bit disappointed my order is probably gonna get delivered on Tuesday as it’s public holiday on Monday. I didn’t expect it would take 8 days to order this time as the website stated 1-2 days for the north island and there is no mention of any delays.
