Great experience getting Chaplow’s to block mount my map. They helped me decide how to display the map within the budget I had. I’m really pleased with how it turned out. They’re were informative and helpful. They didn’t call me when it was ready like they said they would but it was all ready to pick up when I walked-in to check. They also provided little backings to keep the corners off the wall.

My father-in-laws restored, framed WWII medals & replica minis arrived this morning and I am delighted with Chaplow's work. We now have beautifully framed medals with plaque & photo along with a copy of his MM citation and explanation of all 6 models on back of the frame, with a set of court mount mini replicas that family members can wear. I have never been more pleased to write a review. I had contacted Chaplow's for advice regarding the remounting of my father's medals. They had been mounted many years ago without being engraved. I wanted the job done properly before handing down to my grandson. They were in need of special care as 3 had light corrosion perhaps having been damp when put away. Throughout, I was kept updated with very professional advice. The corrosion on the 3 medals was repaired. Medals were engraved and polished. New ribbons supplied and medals remounted court style as I had requested. Mike suggested a black medal display box and on that a gold plaque with my Father's name, No., etc and all medals named and campaigns referenced. Mike sent me a set of photographs before packaging them for me and sending them by Courier to the UK for my grandson. All this at a very reasonable price. The work was outstanding, communication outstanding and my satisfaction outstanding! My grandson is thrilled and is looking forward to wearing them when his Army Cadets attend the Remembrance Day Service in UK. Also to the ANZAC Service he attends every year in Cambridgeshire. He will be so very proud. I have already recommended Chaplow's services to friends and will continue to do so. Thank you Chaplow's staff and thank you Mike.

I have had several things framed here. They are very good. They have a good range of frames to choose from and know what they are doing. I found them really helpful with their advice on the framing options. They typically take 2 to 3 weeks to get the framing done, which is quite reasonable. Prices were reasonable too.
