Never been there in person, but their customer service is one of the most helpful and understanding I dealt with so far. Would recommend. Here's an edit for ya: bought multiple times from them off eBay. Parcels are tracked internationally for only $5 shipping, very cool. Staff is super nice, always end up having a little conversation when I order something. Shout-out to Hugo. Always make sure it's shipped securely, something that's very important for collector's items. 10/10
