The lady behind the counter was really helpful and friendly, which made an excellent first impression. There's a really good range of quality pet food, treats, pet health products, toys and accessories. The bliss ball dog treats with probiotics were a hit!
K.FANTASTIC!!! We took in our wee Luey who we wanted a harness for, weighing in at a whopping 1.8kg she took the time to try a few harnesses on and was very supportive and knowledgeable on other things we wanted to know. Not to mention she gave our wee boy sample packs of natural dog food. Will be back to see good old fashion helpfulness it was a breath of fresh air. She could really think outside the box and happy to steer us in other directions where she was unable to help. Really got the feeling that she is in it for animal welfare and not the profit.
A.Fantasic product and service. Finally found the best harness for our English Bulldog. The Ruffwear harness fits perfectly with no rubbing behind the legs or belly. Stella loved the wee treats too. Fast and easy shopping (online purchase). Thanks so much.

Went there today to get some pet food for our dogs. Normally we buy online and save a bit of cash, but the couriers are running way late. So needed to say we had to get some locally. What a nice surprise the owner was. I have to admit she is one of the loveliest ladies I have ever met and very helpful with finding my dogs brand. Plus every tenth bag is free on the loyalty program. So forget buying online, I'll pay a small bit more and support a local business and keep this place going.
S.Extremely good service from the ladies there. They have great NZ made products, and are totally worth going to for all my pets needs. I have 4 fussy cats and the ladies highly recommended Acana cat food, and my cats love it! Thanks ladies I will be back and recommending you to all my friends and family!
