Amazing place. Good, wide range of food. Bought several fish who were all healthy. Good range of dog beds too. Staff is friendly and patient if you are taking your time looking around.

Amazing service, I have a 6 month old puppy who's still in "manners" training but the young lady who helped me with harnesses and other stuff was truly the epitome of customer service!! I also loved the previous groomer (haven't used service again) as she could groom my Guinea pig and was great to talk to for advice. Keep up the good work Upper Hutt Pet Centre 👍

Excellent service, the staffs were very friendly and helpful. We were driving back from Auckland after christmas and due to traffic we were half hour late to pick up our furry friend and the manager (I think) stayed back after hours and waited for us for the pick up. Would highly recommend.

The Upper Hutt Pet Centre is located in the centre of Upper Hutt across the carpark from the mall. They have a good range of pet supplies (the best in Upper Hutt). Their goods are displayed in a large well set up shop. Their prices are, however, quite expensive, so best to wait for a sale. I have found some of the staff to be friendly and helpful, but others not so. If you are looking for anything for your pet, this is the place, but expect to pay for it and you may well have to deal with some "attitude" from the staff.
