I requested to be notified for when a book came back in stock- and it came within the week after I purchased it. And in beautiful packaging with a lovely handwritten note, too. A.I ordered my first product 2 days ago and have already received it, thanks so much Sunday Homestore! My Gua Sha is amazing and I absolutely love it, the quality is incredible! The item itself was wrapped in both bubble and cardboard to prevent damage, and a lovely handwritten note and 10% voucher for next time was a delightful surprise! L.Absolutely lovely people. I ordered some product from their store as it's next to impossible to fine in NZ. It's arrived promptly and immaculately wrapped. The biggest surprise was the hand written note thanking as for the purchase.
This is something that is sadly a rarity these days to have such a personal touch on customers.
