G.Rented a Harley Street Glide from Ali and Baz for 2 weeks to take my partner and I from Auckland to ride and tour the lower part of the North Island. Baz gave a full run down on the features of the bike (there were heaps!).
He gave a full run down of contact numbers and we kept in contact over WhatsApp with them asking how the trip was going.
The bike itself was a beast of a machine, 1800cc/114ci that did not falter and over long distances was actually really good on fuel even with the both of us on it.
We travelled a little over 3,200km in total and encountered a little rain but the best part about the bike is the panniers on the side were big enough to carry our wet weather gear and the box on the top carried the other essentials. Front had a phone holder and USB charger.
They've got a number of bikes based in the South Island and if I had the annual leave available I'd rent them in a heartbeat! There's always next year...😁
M.Have been organising a long weekend ride around the Coromandel from their Waihi branch. Ali has been extremely helpful organising a bike for this self-guided trip, and was most understanding when a last-minute illness and mechanical breakdown in my group meant we had to postpone the trip. Double thumbs up for their friendly and accommodating approach.

J.4 years ago I booked a surprise day riding with Baz for my husband. It was the best surprise ever and he had a marvellous day riding pillion.
We are planning another visit to NZ from the UK at Christmas and I'm hoping to book another ride.
For a brilliant and unusual day out I can't recommend Bularangi highly enough.
