Jo was so helpful and went way beyond amazing customer service! Thank you Jo ⭐️ I contacted Lofty Kites by email explaining that I wanted to but a kite for my NZ niece. I asked if they could gift wrap it as I live in Scotland. Jo was so lovely and offered to wrap it and sort a card with a hand written message. She then sent me pictures of the gift and card before sending it. It was so personal, so reasonably priced and so straight forward - even to pay from the other side of the world was effortless. I would recommend everyone to find a need for a kite from Jo 😊 Amy (Scotland)

Lofty has offered me some of the very best customer service I have ever experienced. They have been so helpful and accommodating. The communication is wonderful. I stumbled across their website online while trying to find a NZ based toy store to send my godson a gift. As soon as I saw their kites, I fell in love with them. After all what better gift for a child than the gift of flight! I was so glad that I had found a gift for him that could be held in his hands and get him outside, unlike a lot of video game based gifts for children that rule to market. I remembered my first kite and how much fun I had with it at the beach as a youngster, and decided it was the perfect gift! I am based in the UK and have had issues with parcels going missing from the post office before, so I sent an email explaining that this was going to be a gift, and asking if they may be able to offer a gift wrapping service or if not then simply to remove the billing slip. I got a very quick reply explaining that they could gift wrap the kite and add a gift card for no extra cost! I was then sent an invoice to pay for the kite which worked perfectly as then they knew which order was mine to be wrapped. I was sent a photo of the wrapping and card with the message in and it was perfect. I can’t thank Lofty enough for they’re wonderful and friendly service. Best kites and best value for money. If you want a kite that is infallible and cannot fail but fly shout your friends and family a Lofty. I know my kites and bought so many duds, these are a welcome relief and a great gift. I had an excellent experience with Jo from Lofty kites, their customer service is top notch, and they picked up on a courier issue and got it sorted in time for Christmas! The kite is a Christmas gift and we haven't had a chance to try it out yet, but it looks great. The desert theme is super cute, and I love the use of recycled plastic! Would absolutely purchase from Lofty kites again.

We love these kites! Purchased for my 5 and 7 year old, and loved by them and their older cousins too. They assemble and launch with ease with very little wind and go very high! Great for all ages. Highly recommend, would definitely buy again.

Hi No The kite was given to my 2 year old grandson living in Wellington. He was thrilled and excited when I gave it to him. Loved the creatures printed on the fabric and his parents along with me very impressed it was manufactured using recycled materials. All very impressed with the workmanship and boxed presentation. The designs on these kites are so cute - lots to choose from on the website. Quick and easy to assemble, even in the wind. The handle is easy for my toddler to hold onto, even in some pretty strong winds. Nice to have an outdoor activity in the colder months or when the weather's not great. You won't regret buying one of these. New Zealand company is a great bonus.

Our kites get a lot of use particularly when we head away on holidays!! They are very easy to fly (our 4 and 6 year old can operate them!) which we love. We found Lofty very easy to deal with and they had prompt delivery as well. They even replaced a lost part for us at no cost which we appreciated very much too.
