Awesome place to buy any camping/hiking gear from. I've purchased several different items online at different times, and all have arrived quickly and are well priced. One of my main purchases was my hiking tent. I've got the Speedy 3 Hiking Tent and it is great, exactly what I wanted and each time I have used it I cannot complain. I see it is currently sold out, but if it ever gets back in stock I highly recommended it. Otherwise they have other options of similar nature to choose from. I've purchased sleeping mats, compass, cooking equipment etc. from here. I will continue to use this company or keep recommending it to others looking for good, quality gear to use for hiking/camping.

Great to deal with and quick to respond to email queries regard stock levels and delivery ETAs. The product (in this case a 2 man lightweight tent) came delivered in 3 days amd exactly as per description on website. Great looking product and looking forward to using it again and again. Now have Novapro favourited as a "go to" and looking forward to moving more items from wishlist to cart!

Bought a camping/hiking 3 piece cooking set, arrived quickly, great price, great quality. Highly recommend this store.

Very happy with the product, shipping and service. Good value for money. Bought a tent and pitched it in my backyard for a rain and wind test and it was amazing! Three days and not a single drop of rain inside. For reference the tent was a Naturehike Cloud Up 3.

Fantastic service and reliable.. if you have any problems with the tents, get in touch with them. It was a shame that they ran out of the ultralight tents that we really wanted, but the ones we got will do the kids just fine.

Ordered sleeping bags and travel pillows for an upcoming camping trip, not used yet but all look as expected and delivery was just a couple of days despite efficient customer service staff apologising for the delay.

I bought a headlamp and a lightweight inflatable pillow. Both products were exactly as described and at a great price. Shipping and communication were quick and excellent. I would highly recommend this company and these two products.

Bought a tent, sleeping pad and few other things from them online, and they were at my door a few days later. Tested the tent and pad during a stormy night in my backyard and they held up really well. Good quality stuff for relatively cheap. Would recommend.

I purchased a tent online from Novapro. This was an absolutely painless transaction and the item was recieved a couple of days after ordering. Recommended.

I love my Naturehike 4 person tent, I have put it up a couple of times, the height is good can sit on a camping seat and head doesn't touch the top of tent. Haven't camped with it yet, but it has such good reviews. The service from Novapro was excellent, they kept me posted as to when it would be delivered and came within two days

Ordering process was easy and product, (sleeping bag) as discribed. Delivery time was quicker than that advised at purchase. Great service.

We bought the ultralight Nature Hike three man tent and used it on the Lake Waikaremoana Great Walk. We were dubious because it was so cheap compared to similar tents from other stores. Happy to report the tent performed well. It was super easy to set up (we hadn't even unpacked it before heading out on the tramp), super light to carry and really roomy inside - it was just the two of us, which meant we could also put our pack contents inside as well. Sure enough it rained and we stayed completely dry. The two entrances worked well and we used our hiking poles on the double flap so we could keep our packs outside and dry under cover. Great product.

First time ordering with these guys and I would definitely go back to them again! Super quick getting the item posted to me, even with level 4 and level 3! Finally someone that sticks Nature Hike stuff in NZ too! Thanks again Novapro.

Great products, very happy with tent and sleeping bag, excellent support and fast shipping

I haven't had a chance to erect the tent yet, but the delivery time was outstanding, so far it has met my expectations with weight and size so I don't see why I would be disappointed when I finally get the tent up !
